noodle soup
I.chop some onions & begin frying them on a low flame
(use minimal oil!!)
II.when the onions begin to brown, add some finely chopped garlic --> fry both!
III. mix some red chilli powder, paprika, ground black pepper, MSG, soya sauce , salt, thai chilli oil andfish sauce in
an EXTRA bowl
V. fry a bit more and then add the mixture from step III.
VI. stir & add water
VII. toss in a bouillon cube -Maggi´ll do the trick- and dissolve it into the soup
VIII. put in some dried noodles & cook them as instructed to on package
