A gift for someone dear to me.

I used acrylic paint for the lower part and watercolours for the upper.

The Sea

a poem by Kahlil Gibran

In the still of the night
As man slumbers behind the folds,
the forest proclaims:

                                                           "I am the power
                                                   Brought by the sun from
                                                     The heart of the earth."

                                                 The sea remains quiet, saying to itself,

                                                         "I am the power."

                                                                      The rock says,

                                        "The ages erected me as a monument
                                                  Until the Judgment Day."

                                                 The sea remains silent saying to itself,

                                                   "I am the monument."

                                                                    The wind howls

                                                             "I am strong,
                                        I separate the heavens from the earth."

                                                  The sea remains quiet, saying to itself,

                                                       "The wind is mine."

                                                                     The river says

                                                   "I am the pure water
                                        That quenches the thirst of the earth."

                                                 The sea remains silent saying to itself,

                                                      "The river is mine."

                                                                 The summit says,

                                                "I stand high like a star
                                                 In the center of the sky."

                                               The sea remains quiet saying to itself,

                                                 "The summit is mine."

                                                                 The brain says,

                                                        "I am a ruler;
                                        The world is in those who rule."'

                                      The sea remains slumbering saying, in its sleep,

                                                           "All is mine." 

How to Make Time!

Making some time is always tricky, they say.

But is it really?...

Here is a really simple instruction I'd like to share with you 

on how to make some time for anything and anyone you'd like! 

and it will take you only 15 minutes! :) 

so here we go: 

first of all: you'll need a watch. 

because a watch tells you if you have time for something or not.

so step one: draw a watch!

and do draw a pretty one, because from now on this will be your favourite watch.

there you go. 

step two: cut it out. otherwise you won´t be able to wear it around your wrist. 

(at least not without alarming other people.)

But wait!! There's something missing, isn't it?

....I almost forgot to ad the most important thing. :)
