Beautiful Things...& Soup


for homemade korean
SHIN RAMYUN 
noodle soup

I.chop some onions & begin frying them on a low flame  
(use minimal oil!!)

II.when the onions begin to brown, add some finely chopped 
 --> fry both!

III.  
mix some red chilli powder, , ground black , MSG, soya  , , thai chilli oil and sauce 
in 
an EXTRA bowl

IV.  add a brunoise of bell 
, mushrooms, spring onions & 

V.  fry a bit more and then add the mixture from step III.

VI. stir & add water

VII.  toss in a bouillon cube -Maggi´ll do the trick- and dissolve it into the soup

VIII.  put in some dried noodles & cook them as instructed to on package
